LLAMFF is run by a team of unpaid volunteers. The LLAMFF organisers are
indebted to contributing speakers and filmmakers, who all give their time and
energies to the festival for free. The festival also benefits from generous
support from a range of local businesses, and international companies (see
sponsorship page). This keeps tickets prices affordable and stops the event
from becoming exclusive. Any profits made at LLAMFF are put towards running
the next festival.
